PROJECT MANAGER FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE SUBRECIPIENTS

In October 2020, The Sulzer Group, LLC was selected as Program Manager by the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) to assist sub- recipients impacted by Hurricane Laura in Southwest Louisiana as well as subsequent Hurricanes Delta, Zeta, and Ida in Southeast Louisiana. As Program Manager, The Sulzer Group works with governmental agencies, churches, private non- profit organizations, and other eligible applicants in t heir disaster recovery. Currently, we represent over 65 organizations devastated by these hurricanes, providing assistance at the sub-recipient level by understanding their recovery capabilities and priorities while assisting them with all administrative tasks, both direct and indirect, associated with executing all phases of the Public Assistance grant program The Sulzer Group provided support in:

• Cost Estimating and Analysis
• Insurance
• Appeals and Arbitration
• Alternate/Improved and SRIA Section 428
• 406 Hazard Mitigation and Benefit Cost Analysis
• Procurement, Debris, Temporary Facilities, and Floodplain

GOHSEP continually monitored the services provided on the contract to confirm progress and performance through monthly reports.
